Every day we are told that we should be doing this or doing that to stay healthy. But have you ever wondered what 'being healthy' actually means? Most of what we see in the media relates to either a balance of the mind or a healthy diet (usually the latter) but I've been giving this some thought of late and decided it would be useful for me to write down what healthy actually means to me, to help me with my own goals, and those of the people I'm helping too. |
