It’s of course not really an accurate term as you can’t actually reset your body, but it’s as close as I can get. Other terms are cleanse, detox… but I’m not so keen on those as it leads people to think you can actually force things out of the body, using supplements, food, oils etc… and you can’t. A reset can be the trigger needed to start the healing process, and many don’t realise just how important this is!
Some detox programmes are at best, ineffective, and at worst, dangerous, but when you safely eliminate toxic build up in your digestive system, and help the body remove toxins that could be impairing liver function, many things can and do start to improve. So, how do you know if a reset could be helpful for you? There is a list of things that people (and women especially) can look out for, to help them decide if a reset is for them. If you have 2 or more of the following list, then a reset could be very helpful for you.
