For the last few years I have spent time between Christmas and New Year doing planning for the year, setting some intentions (not goals, but directions; you can read more about that in my New Year’s post) and mentally preparing myself for the year ahead. And this is usually followed by a food cleanse and reset in mid-January. But this year was a little bit different. I decided to go through a much more in-depth cleanse of lots of other areas of my life. I have still done lots of planning, actually more so than previous years, and I did my 7 Day Vital Reset programme with a group of women last month, but I added some more elements and I found them really helpful. I feel like I’ve cleared out a lot of space in my home, and in my mind, as well as feeling very well and healthy. I thought I’d share a little bit of what I did, and how it helped me:
