I've run lots of programmes over the last couple of years, some offline, some online, some a mixture of both! Each time I do one, I take the learnings from it and try to improve on the last one and I have to say, this new programme that I launched in January this year is the best one I've created yet! Everyone who took part loved the combination of education with practicality. Here are a couple of the testimonials I've received so far (we only finished last weekend!)... I have just completed the January Kick Start and loved it. I have always done a lot of exercise and eaten lots of fruit and veg but have always used my active lifestyle as an excuse for a high sugar and high carb diet. The meals plans and recipes were easy to follow and great for teaching portion sizes, how to have a balanced diet and quite importantly for me how to eat healthily and still feel full without needing to supplement with biscuits and sweet stuff. It is not about a quick fix diet but more about reprogramming habits in a manageable manner. We took part as a family as I wanted to try to teach my kids a healthy lifestyle as a family rather than just me doing it alone which is unsustainable. I can recommend this to anyone wanting to combine fitness with healthy living and have learnt much more than just being told by someone how not to eat biscuits for 21 days! I was diagnosed with heart disease in 2013 and after the first of 8 operations was told I needed to look at my diet. I started cutting down and cutting out certain foods, and joined a slimming club. I lost 5 stone over 4 years and eventually last year I came to a plateau for 4 months and no matter what I did, I circled around the same stone.
