INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of organic oats (or shop bought oat flour) 3/4 cup of oat milk (you could use coconut or almond if you prefer) 2 large organic eggs METHOD If you don't have any shop bought oat flour you can just make your own using a grinder such as a Nutribullet or equivalent. Then just add the eggs and milk, and blend thoroughly to make a traditional batter. If it's a little thin you can add more oats, too thick then add a little more milk. Et voila! Delicious and a (fairly) healthy pancakes! I top mine with bananas and Canadian Maple Syrup, or some Xylitol (in place of sugar) and lemon juice. Enjoy... Vee xx
