Why I Created The Fatigue Fix (And Why It Might Be the Missing Piece for You)

If you’ve been living with fatigue for some time, you’ll already know this...

It’s not just about feeling tired.

It’s waking up in the morning and still feeling exhausted, even after a full night’s sleep.

It’s moving through your day with that constant heaviness, trying to concentrate but finding your mind just won’t cooperate.

It’s saying no to things you genuinely enjoy, not because you don’t want to go, or do them, but because you simply don’t have the energy or motivation.

For many women, it means carrying on with work but feeling like you’re only just holding things together. For others, it leads to cutting back hours, changing roles, or stepping away altogether because it’s no longer manageable.

And what often makes it harder is being told everything is “normal,” when it clearly doesn’t feel that way.

Because it isn’t.

Persistent or chronic fatigue might be common, but that doesn’t mean it’s something you should have to accept or learn to live with, especially without real answers, or support that actually helps.

This is exactly why I created The Fatigue Fix. I kept seeing the same pattern again and again in the women I was working with.

And... because, not so long ago, I found myself in that exact same position...

When Everything Changed

For most of my 40s, I felt like I was doing well.

My health was generally good, and even through life’s usual ups and downs, I felt like I was coping.

That all changed in 2021...

My previously healthy, and relatively young father became ill in February and passed away in May. As you can imagine, that alone was a huge emotional shock.

Shortly following that, I went through a period of intense and prolonged stress that lasted for many months.

By the end of that year, the impact on my health was impossible to ignore. ⚠️

The fatigue I experienced wasn’t just feeling a bit run down. It was overwhelming.

My energy disappeared, my mood dropped in a way that felt worrying, and I found myself withdrawing from everyday life. I stopped exercising, I rarely went out, and I was no longer functioning in a normal way.

By early 2022, I was struggling to work, which, as a nutritional therapist, was both frustrating and concerning.

I did everything I knew to do. I ran blood tests, adjusted my nutrition, used supplements, and prioritised rest. But despite all of that, nothing was shifting in the way I expected it to.

The Moment It Started to Make Sense

At that point, I decided to explore Hair Mineral Analysis, something I hadn’t previously used in my own practice.

For the first time, I could actually see what was going on in my body.

It became clear how poorly I was handling stress and how bad my energy production was.

The trauma and grief had depleted key minerals, which play a central role in how we produce energy, regulate mood, and cope with ongoing stress.

Once I began following a personalised protocol based on those results, things started to change. Not overnight, but steadily and in a way that felt deep and sustainable.

My energy began to improve, my mood lifted, and the mental fog started to clear. Over the following weeks and months, I felt myself coming back to a place that was familiar again.

I wasn’t just getting through the day anymore. I was starting to feel like myself, the old energetic, happy me... and that was the turning point.

And when I began applying this approach with clients and saw very similar patterns and improvements, it became very clear that this needed to become a structured process, so that I could help more women.

What I Started to See in Other Women

After going through this myself, something shifted in how I worked and in who started to find me.

I began attracting even more women who were dealing with the same kind of symptoms that I had experienced.

Not just general health concerns, but persistent fatigue, brain fog, low or flat mood, sleep issues, and a noticeable loss of motivation or drive.

There were other things too, which varied from person to person - such as anxiety, heart palpitations, hair loss, dry skin, weight gain - but these were all things that my programme, including the mineral balancing, would also resolve.

What stood out very quickly was this:

These women had already tried many things.

They had made changes to their diet, taken supplements, asked for support, and in many cases had blood testing done. Some had gone even further, exploring different approaches or working with other practitioners.

But despite all of that, they still weren't improving and they felt stuck.

In day-to-day life, this looked like:

  • cancelling plans because they didn’t have the energy

  • getting through work but worrying it might show

  • spending entire weekends recovering instead of actually enjoying their time.

  • reducing workload or even stepping away from work altogether

Over time, their world became smaller, not because they wanted it to, but because their energy simply didn’t allow for anything more.

What became clear to me was this. These women weren’t lacking effort or motivation. Most had been trying hard for a long time. They were really missing a piece of the puzzle that no one had identified yet.

Why This Isn’t Being Solved

One of the biggest challenges is that modern life places a constant demand on our minds and bodies.

Many women are trying to do everything - balancing work, family responsibilities, and everyday life, often with very little time to properly recover.

Stress is no longer short-term. It has become something the body is dealing with continuously.

And at the same time, the nutrient quality of food is not what it once was, which means the body is often starting from a place of depletion.

Add to this, other invisible stressors such as mould in the home or workplace, viral infections or toxic heavy metals, and the effect on an already struggling body can be profund.

Over time, this combination can significantly impact mineral levels and balance.

These minerals are involved in almost every system in the body, including energy production, stress resilience, the nervous system, sleep, mood, and digestion.

When they are depleted or out of balance, the body struggles to function efficiently, no matter how many “right” things you are trying to do.

This is why so many women feel like they are doing everything they can, but still not seeing improvements.

Why This Work Matters to Me

Having been through this myself, I understand how much it can affect every part of your life.

Since then, I’ve gone on to train at an advanced level in Hair Mineral Analysis. I now specialise in this area, mentoring practitioners internationally and teaching them how to interpret results properly and apply them in practice.

Alongside that, I’ve supported over 500 women through this process, helping them understand what’s going on in their bodies and guiding them back to a place where they feel like themselves again.

What I’ve seen consistently is this. When this approach is done properly, it works.

Not as a quick fix, but in a way that creates real, lasting change.

And that’s exactly why I’ve made it such a central part of my work.

The Fatigue Fix

I created The Fatigue Fix because I wanted to offer something that goes far beyond general advice or another list of things to try.

Because the truth is, most of the women who come to me have already done that.

They’ve:

  • tried supplements, often many

  • improved their diet

  • rested more

  • had blood tests and been told everything looks “normal”

  • sometimes even worked with other practitioners or explored more advanced approaches

And yet… they’re still dealing with the same underlying issues.

That’s where the frustration really starts to build.

Because it’s not a lack of effort.

Most of these women have been trying for a long time.

What’s missing isn’t willpower.

It’s real answers and the right kind of support to actually move things forward.

The Fatigue Fix is designed to provide exactly that.

Not just answers, but a way to apply those answers, with guidance, support, and structure along the way.

We don’t wait around to get started either.

From the very beginning, we focus on the foundations while we wait for your test results. And this alone often starts to create small but meaningful shifts:

✨ better sleep
✨ more energy in the morning
✨ feeling less drained waking up
✨ a sense that things are finally moving in the right direction

For some women, even their wearable data like smart watches start to reflect these changes, which can feel reassuring when progress has felt slow or uncertain for so long.

From there, everything becomes much more targeted.

Your protocol is built around your full health picture, including:

  • your health history

  • your current symptoms

  • a detailed questionnaire

  • your Hair Mineral Analysis results

From this, I create a fully personalised formula designed specifically for you. This includes minerals, vitamins, and targeted nutrients in therapeutic amounts, all combined into a powder that is simple to take and easy to stay consistent with.

And importantly, this isn’t a “set it and leave it” approach.

As your body begins to shift, your protocol is updated and refined so that you keep moving forward, rather than hitting a plateau.

And we don't just focus on mineral balancing - there are other key foundations that have to be approached too, alongside the mineral balancing. You can read more about some of those in this post:
Why Nothing You've Tried is Fixing Your Fatigue (and what actually works!)

Support is a big part of what makes this work.

You’re not left trying to figure things out on your own or second-guess what to do next.

💬 You can message me whenever you need to, and I respond during the week as quickly as I can

📞 You have fortnightly group Zoom calls where you can speak with me directly, ask questions, and get guidance based on where you are

These calls are one of my favourite parts of the programme, and often become a turning point in themselves. Not just because of the support, but because women start to realise something important:

They are not alone in this.

And they’re not “failing” or “getting it wrong” either. They’ve just been missing the right information and the right approach.

When something feels stuck, we work through it together.

Sometimes that’s practical. Sometimes it’s mindset. But it’s always about helping you move forward in a way that feels manageable and realistic.

What makes this approach different is simple.

We remove the guesswork.

Instead of trying multiple things and hoping something works, we look at what your body actually needs and build from there.

This does require a level of engagement.

The women who get the most from this are the ones who stay involved, ask questions, and are open to doing things differently.

Not perfectly, but consistently. Because ultimately, this isn’t just about reducing fatigue.

It’s about:

✨ having the energy to get through your day without constantly thinking about how exhausted you feel

✨ thinking more clearly and feeling more like yourself again

✨ feeling more stable, more capable, and more in control of your health and your life

And most importantly…

...being able to live and love your life again, rather than just getting through it.

What Women Start to Notice

Most women don’t begin this expecting huge change.

They’re often just hoping to feel a little better… more energy, better sleep, clearer thinking.

But what tends to happen is that those early improvements begin to build into something much more meaningful.

One of the most common things I hear is:

“I feel like I’ve got myself back.”

And that really says it all.

Because for many women, this isn’t just about fatigue, it’s about feeling like they’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way.

As things begin to shift, energy becomes more reliable.

Instead of unpredictable crashes or needing to lie down during the day, there is a steady sense of capacity. Tasks that once felt overwhelming start to feel manageable again.

That alone can change everything about how a day feels.

Mental clarity improves too.

The brain fog begins to lift, memory improves, and it becomes easier to focus, make decisions, and feel more confident in both work and everyday life.

🧠 You can think clearly again, and trust yourself.

Sleep is often one of the most noticeable changes.

Women who have struggled for years with broken sleep begin to experience deeper, more consistent rest, which then has a knock-on effect on everything else.

😴 And when sleep improves, everything else becomes easier - there is also a shift in how they feel emotionally.

Many describe feeling calmer, more balanced, and less reactive, with a greater sense of control over how they feel day to day.

Alongside this, there are often physical improvements too:

✨ better blood sugar balance

✨ improved digestion

✨ reduced bloating

✨ fewer illnesses

✨ weight loss without restriction

But beyond all of that, the most meaningful change is this:

They begin to enjoy their lives again.

They make plans, they see friends, they feel present.

And they have the energy to take part in life again, rather than sitting on the sidelines.

Looking Ahead

I believe we are only just beginning to understand how important mineral balance is when it comes to long-term health.

Over time, I expect this to become a more recognised part of how chronic or persistent fatigue, and similar conditions are approached, not as an optional extra, but as something foundational.

My aim is to continue contributing to that shift so that more women have access to clear, practical answers instead of feeling dismissed or left to work things out on their own.

If You're Ready For Things To Change

If you’ve read this and found yourself recognising parts of your own experience, you’ll probably already know that this isn’t something you can keep pushing through forever.

At some point, something has to shift.

And for many of the women I work with, that shift doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from finally understanding what their body actually needs, and having the right support to move forward with that.

If that feels like the place you’re in, the next step is to book a call.

Before we speak, you’ll complete a short form so I can get a clear picture of what’s going on for you.

That way, when we do talk, we can use the time properly to explore whether this approach is the right fit, and what moving forward could look like for you.

There’s no pressure, but you will come away with more clarity than you have now. And for many women, that is the point where things begin to change.
